Overview

This website (kristinaboyko.com) is the personal marketing website of Kristina Boyko, a mortgage loan officer with TriStar Finance, Inc. (NMLS #43583). This policy describes what information is — and is not — collected when you visit this site, and what happens when you follow links to apply for a loan.

Information This Site Collects

This site collects personal information only when you choose to submit it through the quote request form. There are no user accounts, no newsletter sign-ups, and no cookies set by this site. Fonts, images, and other site resources are served directly from this website.

Quote request form: if you submit the form on the "Get a Personalized Quote" page, the information you enter (such as your name, contact details, and details about your home-buying goals) is sent directly to me by email and used only to respond to your request and assist with your mortgage needs. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any other purpose. Submitting the form is not a loan application and does not affect your credit.

One exception: the home page includes an embedded Google Map showing my office location. Loading that map sends your IP address and standard browser information to Google, and Google may set its own cookies; that data is governed by Google's privacy policy. The rest of the site loads no third-party content.

Server Logs

Like nearly all websites, the hosting provider for this site (Hostinger) automatically records standard technical logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. These logs are used for security and site operation and are handled in accordance with the hosting provider's privacy practices.

Loan Applications and Third-Party Sites

The "Apply Online" buttons on this site link to a loan application portal operated for TriStar Finance, Inc.. Any information you enter there — including personal and financial information required for a mortgage application — is collected and processed by TriStar Finance, Inc. and its service providers, not by this website. That information is governed by TriStar Finance, Inc.'s privacy notices, including notices required under federal financial privacy law (the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act), which are provided to you during the application process. Please review those notices when you apply.

Links to other third-party websites (such as NMLS Consumer Access) are provided for convenience; those sites have their own privacy policies.

If you call, text, or email me using the contact information on this site, I will use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiry and assist with your mortgage needs. I do not sell your information.

Changes to This Policy

If this site adds features that collect information (such as a contact form or analytics), this policy will be updated first, with a new effective date shown at the top of this page.
